Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive clients to and from locations in a personal or Columbus-provided vehicle.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check.
• Experience supporting people with disabilities is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
• Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as showering, bathing, toileting, or feeding.
• Document compliance with policies and laws.
• Drive clients to appointments and activities as needed.
