Job summary

PROJECT NEW GENERATION LLC is hiring a Direct Care Worker for weekend shifts at Paris House in Avondale, AZ. You will support adults with developmental disabilities in their home and community, with responsibilities including daily living assistance, medication administration, meal planning, and activity leadership.

The position requires 18+ years old, fingerprint clearance, CPR/First Aid, and ability to lift 50 lb. Driving or state ID is acceptable for mobility; cameras are in use.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to obtain AZ DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card within 7 days of hire.
• CPR/First Aid, Article 9, and PROUD training (training provided).
• Able to lift 50 lb.
• Valid driver's license or state ID; own auto insurance if using personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills and personal care.
• Give medications as trained.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Lead activities and community outings.
• Complete daily documentation.
