Job summary

Project New Generation LLC seeks a Direct Care Worker to support seniors and individuals with disabilities by assisting with daily living tasks, hygiene, mobility, errands, and companionship. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.

Responsibilities include helping with dressing, mobility, meal prep, medication dispensing, light housekeeping, and ensuring a safe living environment. Flexible schedule and advancement opportunities are offered with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred
• First aid and CPR-certified
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical
