Genrev Family Resource in Phoenix is hiring a Direct Care Worker for its residential group homes. This position requires transporting clients to appointments, administering medication, and assisting with daily living tasks. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, demonstrate strong boundaries, and possess excellent communication skills.
Availability shifts include weekends and evenings, and a valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card is required. The role offers a supportive environment with a focus on care for individuals with disabilities.

We are looking for reliable employees to serve as a Direct Care Worker for the members in our residential group homes, where we currently serve the developmentally disabled population. You'll be a part of like-minded people who have the heart to serve those in need. We are looking for team members to assist in transportation to appointments, medication administration, and typical daily tasks such as cooking and assisting members with chores and the routines of our clients. The Direct Care Worker will also provide support and care for the members living in the home and maintain a safe environment.
Availability Requirements
WEEKEND AND/OR EVENING AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED
2nd shift Weekdays (2:30pm - 10:30pm)
3rd shift Weekdays (10:30pm - 8:30am)
