Legend DDD Services is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Weekend DSPs to support adults with developmental disabilities in our residential group homes. If you’re someone who cares deeply about helping others live safe, meaningful, and independent lives, we’d love to meet you.
Weekend DSPs provide hands‑on support, supervision, and care to residents in our DDD group homes. This role includes assisting with daily living skills, community activities, meal preparation, medication reminders, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. Weekend staff play a vital role in ensuring continuity of care and quality support.
- Saturday & Sunday
- Day, evening, and overnight shifts available
- Additional weekday shifts may be offered if desired
- Support residents with daily living activities (hygiene, meals, routines, mobility)
- Provide supervision and ensure safety at all times
- Assist with community outings, activities, and social engagement
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean, organized, and positive home environment
- Follow all DDD, HCBS, and agency policies
