Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Food Handlers certification is preferred but not required; certification must be obtained within first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, serve, and cook food.
• Order supplies and keep records of food items when needed.
• Maintain safe/ sanitary food-handling practices in all prep areas.
• Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperatures.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Assist servers and clear tables as needed.
• Comply with all policies and regulations.
