Intersect Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Cook to prepare and serve nutritious meals for patients, residents, and staff in accordance with dietary guidelines and hospital policies.

The role emphasizes quality, sanitation, safety, and timely service, with supervision by the Dietary Manager. Applicants should have at least six months of experience in quantity food preparation, familiarity with therapeutic diets, and the ability to follow recipes and standardized procedures.

Formación

• At least 6 months of paid quantity food preparation experience.
• Experience preparing recipes for 25–50 servings.
• Training in sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve various food items.
• Follow policies and procedures and report accidents/incidents as required.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory and storage, and ensure on-time meal preparation.
• Review menus and ensure correct diets are served.
• Prepare meals per planned menus and standardized recipes.
