Job summary

COX HEALTHCARE LTD is seeking a Dietary Prep Cook to support residents, staff and guests with nutritious, compliant meals. You will assist in food preparation, ensure dietary guidelines are followed, and maintain high service standards. A Food Handler's permit is required, and fluency in English is essential. Experience in elderly care or LTC dietary is highly desirable.

This role offers PTO, medical benefits after 60 days, and a referral program, with new leadership and positive changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in food prep and service preferred as a Dietary Cook.
• Experience in LTC Dietary preferred.
• Food Handler's permit required.
• Customer service skills required.
• Must be able to speak, understand, and write fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals that follow specific standards and nutritional or dietary guidelines.
