Job summary

Forefront Healthcare is seeking a Culinary Services Aide for weekend shifts (Sat-Mon 6a-7:30p) to perform dietary service tasks and maintain safety standards. You will assist in meal prep, set up dining areas, wash dishes, and follow policies protecting residents and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications include ability to read, write and speak English; prior institutional dietary service experience is preferred; ServeSafe certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform defined work routines in the culinary department and assist in the preparation and service of meals.
• Follow Federal and State regulations and department policies.
• Set up dining room, arrange trays, load food carts, and serve meals.
• Wash and store dishes and maintain cleaning schedules.
• Attend in-service educational programs.
