Job summary

Forefront Healthcare is seeking a Culinary Services Aide to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment in our healthcare setting. The role supports meal prep, service, and dining room setup for residents, with an emphasis on safety and quality of care.

The position runs from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm, offering a meaningful, flexible schedule. Candidates should be able to read, write, and speak English, with preferred ServeSafe and prior institutional dietary service experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Previous institutional dietary service experience preferred.
• ServeSafe preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform designated work and cleaning routines for the culinary department.
• Assist in meal preparation and service.
• Follow Federal, State and Facility policies and procedures.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and sanitation standards.
• Set up dining room and serve residents.
• Handle dishes, supplies, and storage appropriately.
• Attend in-service trainings and safety procedures.
• Follow infection control and HIPAA-related guidelines.
• Participate in department meetings and ongoing certification requirements.
