Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow dietary guidelines, uphold safety standards, and deliver friendly service to residents and staff.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong communication, with opportunities to grow through hands-on training and development programs. This on-site position supports facility operations and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or kitchen is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
• Residency within the service area is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• COVID-19 vaccination policies compliance.
• State/county required ServSafe or Food Handler certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
