Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Distribution Center Associate for the weekend shift. You will pull and stock products to fulfill online orders, assist with packing and shipping, and support daily DC operations using order pickers and basic computer tasks.

Qualifications

High School degree and equivalent work experience.
1-2 years of shipping & receiving or warehouse functions.
Strong communication with management and other employees.
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of working with computers.
Proficiency with inventory/database programs preferred.
Able to operate distribution center equipment such as forklift, reach truck, pallet jack.

Responsibilities

Picks, packs and ships product for all online orders.
Stocks all incoming freight to bin locations.
Assists with receiving incoming freight.
Uses wrist units for picking or put away functions.
Unload/load trucks.
Monitors equipment and reports problems to supervisor.
Maintains safe and clean work environments by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat.
Demonstrates professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and practices.
Performs any other duties as assigned by management.
Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
