Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Distribution Center Associate to pull product from daily requests using a scanner/PC and assist with shipping, light computer work, and DC equipment. This role supports a team in a fast-paced distribution center environment and reports to the Distribution Center Shift Manager.

First shift Monday–Friday 6am-3:30pm with walk-in interviews on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• 1 year of distribution environment experience.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Able to operate RF units and scanners.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull product for daily distributions using a scanner/PC.
• Prepare and stage orders for shipping with accurate packing slips.
• Ensure paperwork is complete before shipment.
• Monitor equipment and report problems to supervisor.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and professional conduct.
