Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience required.
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.

Position Summary

The Weekend Day Shift Nurse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the facility during assigned weekend shifts.
