Job summary

CareCore Health at Mentor is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Supervisor to lead weekend night clinical operations. If you are an experienced LPN or RN, you will mentor staff, ensure resident care, and maintain PCC documentation in a supportive team setting.

You will oversee admissions, incident follow-ups, and nursing activities while coordinating with physicians and families. A strong leader with excellent communication will fit well in this role.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience required.
• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with PCC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision during weekend night shifts.
