Job summary

CareCore at Margaret Hall in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Supervisor to lead our nursing team overnight and ensure compassionate resident care. You will supervise and support night staff, support admissions and assessments as needed, maintain regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve resident outcomes.

A current Ohio RN license is preferred (LPNs with leadership experience encouraged).

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license preferred; LPNs with strong leadership experience encouraged.
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
