Strategic Security Corp. is seeking an Unarmed Security Guard for a Thursday-Saturday shift (5:30am-2:30pm) to protect government, corporate, retail, and commercial sites in Marion, Iowa.

The role requires vigilance, clear communication, and proactive customer service to deter risk and maintain safety. You will perform foot patrols, monitor CCTV and alarms, manage access control, and document incidents and observations with accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must obtain/state license if required by state/local law.
• Verifiable work history with security experience preferred.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct foot patrols and monitor surveillance systems.
• Control entry points and verify authorized access.
• Prepare detailed incident and activity reports.
