Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during weekend day shifts
• Ensure resident care aligns with physician orders and care plans
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to health changes
• Assist with assessments, treatments, and medication administration
• Provide guidance to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Ensure accurate documentation of care and nursing activities
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and the care team
• Assist with staffing assignments and address nursing concerns
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate interventions
• Promote infection control and safety compliance
