Monroechamber is seeking a Machine Operator for the 12 Hour Weekend Days shift in Euless, TX. The role uses fabrication equipment to produce custom parts, loading and securing pieces per work orders and blueprints, while ensuring safety and quality.

This position pays $20.60 per hour and runs 36 hours with overtime possible. Training on the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) for 2–3 weeks is required before transitioning to the weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; hands-on training preferred.
• Strong math skills and ability to read drawings/blueprints.
• Good problem-solving and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and operate measuring tools.
• Overtime availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple fabrication equipment types with safety and quality in mind.
• Set up and load workpieces; secure with clamps and holding devices.
• Read blueprints and work orders to manufacture parts per specs.
• Complete work order paperwork and perform in-process inspection.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and perform routine machine maintenance.
• Assist with cross-training on equipment and processes.
