Texas Hydraulics is hiring for a Weekend Shift Machinist II. You will set up and operate conventional and CNC machines to produce quality parts that meet drawings and tolerances. Expect a 36-hour week paid as 40 hours, with Friday through Sunday shifts from 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and collaboration with engineers and production teams. A High School diploma or GED plus machining experience is required; weekend availability is essential.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of setups and finished parts from start to end.
• Read blueprints and specifications to determine tolerances and sequence.
• Prepare machines and fixtures, tools, and materials for production.
• Adjust speeds, feeds, and tooling to maintain quality.
• Load and edit CNC programs and verify accuracy.
• Inspect parts and ensure conformance to print and specs.
• Work with engineers and teammates to resolve machining issues.
