Qualifications

• Aptitude to complete Operator Certification.
• Commitment to work a biweekly rotating 12-hour shift schedule, 8 to 8; 3-day weekend every other week before shift change.

Responsibilities

• Run machinery used in the production process while ensuring continuous, efficient, and safe delivery of quality products.
• Maintain and operate machinery with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ensure finished products meet established quality standards.
• Make safety your number one priority – safety first, safety always.
• Volunteer for overtime shifts to support the 24/7 facility operation.
