Job summary

Hurley is seeking a Part Time Retail Associate in San Clemente, CA to assist store management with sales targets and premium customer service. You will maintain store standards, stock and merchandise, and support various store operations.

Responsibilities include applying customer service training, building connections with customers, achieving sales goals, and maintaining product knowledge. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required for this role.

Qualifications

• High School/Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year retail experience.
• Ability to understand direction and communicate in English.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Physical requirements include standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily restock is completed.

• Accountable for assuming all responsibilities of Store Manager's absence.
• Partner with Store Manager and others to plan shipments and identify opportunities.
• Ensure planning and execution of product flow (markdowns, transitions, refill).
• Perform store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
