This hands-on role includes loading customers' furniture into vehicles, verifying orders, and keeping staging areas organized. You will also support returns and exchanges, handle truck returns, and help maintain service levels across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily customer pick-up workflow and task assignments.
• Ensure pick-up orders are wrapped, tagged, staged, and ready prior to customer arrival.
• Load furniture into customer vehicles safely and securely, following proper lifting and loading procedures.
• Verify items are correctly identified and matched to customer orders.
• Assist with resolving order issues prior to or during customer arrival.
• Support processing of customer returns and exchanges when required.
• Assist with unloading and handling truck returns as directed.
• Maintain organized, clean, and customer-ready pick-up and staging areas.
