Job summary

Verde Clean is hiring a Custodian to keep our facilities clean, safe, and welcoming. You will sweep, mop, vacuum, wipe surfaces, and disinfect restrooms.

The role includes restocking supplies, floor care, and maintaining a secure environment while assisting staff and visitors with courtesy and professionalism. Qualified candidates have at least one year of janitorial experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least one year of janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Ability to use cleaning equipment and knowledge of safety protocols. Must be able to work independently and interact courteously with others.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs. Must be comfortable using basic cleaning tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and counters. You'll also clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
• Restocking Supplies: Keep restrooms stocked with essentials like toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Ensure dispensers are filled and monitor supplies across the facility.
• Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Safety & Security: Identify safety hazards and report them to the supervisor. Maintain a secure and safe environment for building occupants.
• Customer Service: Provide courteous, helpful assistance to staff, visitors, and fellow team members, creating a positive and welcoming environment.

• Schedule: Fri-Sun 6am-6:30pm OR 6pm-6:30am
• Pay: $16.50/hour
