Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a Weekend General Cleaner for the Duraleigh Community Library area. The role is part-time, 5 hours weekly, with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

Pay rate is $14.00/hour, offering a part-time pathway to support building cleanliness and safety across facilities. Responsibilities include custodial duties across offices, lobbies and restrooms, maintaining high sanitation, and adhering to PPE and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Performs custodial cleaning to maintain a sanitary facility.
• Adheres to safety procedures and uses PPE as required.
• Flexibility to work on nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cleaning of administrative offices, lobbies, breakrooms, lounges, corridors, bathrooms, elevators and stairways.
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms and stocks supplies.
• Vacuums carpets and cleans surfaces, lights, doors and furniture.
• Ensures cleaning carts are stocked and doors/windows secured after shifts.
• Follows safety rules and infection control practices.
