Job summary

The role requires 2 years janitorial experience, 2 years supervisory experience, and a high school diploma or GED. Candidates should be able to lead night shifts, train staff on MSDS and safety procedures, and coordinate with building management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of janitorial/cleaning experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• 1+ year as a Floor Tech with experience on all floor surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct custodial staff on a nightly shift.
• Ensure safety, MSDS compliance, and proper handling of chemicals.
• Inspect facilities and coordinate with Building Representative on performance.
• Provide training and guidance to departmental personnel.
• Schedule staff coverage and maintain communications with client.
• Inspect and maintain equipment, report repairs as needed.
