Meijer Inc. is looking for a Digital Clerk to support online curbside orders and provide a smooth pickup experience for customers on Saturdays and Sundays. You will greet customers, verify items, and help ensure accurate order fulfillment from the curbside pickup area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Experience as a cashier or in retail is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Willingness to learn new technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill online curbside orders quickly and accurately to create a smooth pickup experience.
• Greet customers courteously in person and on the phone and answer questions as needed.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, store leadership, and other departments.
• Resolve customer concerns by partnering with leadership when necessary.
• Process daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders during the shift.
• Select items, scan/verify, bag items following standards, and prepare orders for pickup.
• Store and stage orders correctly and keep the curbside area clean and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks to keep store operations running smoothly.
