Job summary

St. Luke’s Medical Center in Aurora, CO is seeking a Weekend Program CT Technologist to join our imaging team. You’ll operate state-of-the-art GE scanners and perform a range of diagnostic procedures, contributing to patient care on the 1st shift.

No experience required; sign-on bonus is available, plus a weekend differential and one weekend off per quarter. This role offers a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cross sectional anatomy and basic radiation safety.
• IV and venipuncture competence as required by facility.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and patient service skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Certification Addendum and ongoing annual educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to perform basic and intermediate diagnostic procedures.
• Prepare and administer contrast media under Radiologist direction.
• Position patients and optimize scanning techniques while ensuring radiation safety.
• Enter patient and study information into radiology information system and verify billing codes.
• Identify equipment issues and perform QA tests and calibration.
