Job summary

Advocate Health's CT Imaging Team at St. Luke’s is seeking a Weekend Program CT Technologist to join a dynamic imaging family. You’ll work with state-of-the-art GE scanners and contribute to a wide variety of procedures and studies.

We offer full-time, first-shift options with a weekend program differential and a $6,000 sign-on bonus. Licensure and ARRT CT certification must be obtained within specified timelines; strong patient care skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cross sectional anatomy and basic radiation safety.
• Competent in IV and venipuncture; able to perform imaging procedures.
• Must maintain annual education requirements for hospital certifications.

Responsibilities

• Operates CT equipment to perform diagnostic procedures including body, head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and extremities.
• Assists with contrast administration and proper scanning techniques per Radiologist direction.
• Prepares and maintains records and ensures accurate patient charges per regulations.
