Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin seeks a part-time CT technologist to perform diagnostic imaging and contrast procedures. You will ensure image quality, verify orders, and maintain patient safety.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cross sectional anatomy and basic radiation safety.
• Competent in IV and venipuncture.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and patient service skills.
• Ability to work independently and use basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to perform diagnostic procedures including imaging and processing.
• Obtain history and verify orders for exam accuracy.
• Position patient and adjust scanning factors to acquire quality images with safety.
• Administer contrast media under Radiologist direction and assist with scanning techniques.
