Job summary

IU Health Fort Wayne is seeking a CT Technologist to support a new facility opening. Shifts are Saturday-Sunday, 7:00am-7:30pm, 0.6 FTE (24 hours/week), with SWO incentive eligibility.

The role involves operating the CT scanner, positioning patients, administering contrast, adhering to radiation safety, and coordinating with radiologists. Rotations and orientation precede the May 1, 2027 opening.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of relevant CT radiology experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Active ARRT RT(R) or NMTCB CNMT with CT certification within 12 months of hire.
• Indiana ISDH license as Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanner and position patients for imaging.
• Screen patients and manage contrast administration and IV access.
• Adjust scan parameters and ensure diagnostic image quality.
• Follow radiation safety protocols and perform routine QC.
• Document in EMR and collaborate with radiologists.
