IU Health in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for a Special Weekend Option (0.6 FTE, 24 hours/week) with Saturday-Sunday shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The role includes general ultrasound exams and potential procedural imaging in a hospital setting, with rotating call and holidays.

Training for the new Fort Wayne facility will begin in early 2027, with orientation before the May 1, 2027 opening.

Competenze

• 0–3 years of relevant ultrasound experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Active ARDMS/ARRT/CCI credentials within hire period.

Mansioni

• Provides diagnostic ultrasound examinations and related imaging.
• Ensures image quality and adjusts equipment for optimal results.
• Collaborates with radiologists and supports procedural imaging as needed.
