Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk, VA is hiring a CT Technologist for a full-time, weekend-day shift. You will perform CT imaging under physician supervision, ensure safety and protocol adherence, and participate in contrast administration and charting.

Qualifications

• Trade School Graduate - Radiologic Technology (Required)
• ARRT or CNMT (Required)
• Must obtain ARRT (CT) advanced registry within 2 years of hire
• BLS (Required)
• Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems

Responsibilities

• Performs Computed Tomography (CT) under the direction of a qualified physician.
• Perform CT Technologist responsibilities with possible interventions or additional modalities as assigned.
• Provide quality CT imaging under protocol standards and supervise education for patients and families.
• Administer CT contrast per protocol and maintain equipment and supplies.
