TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT examinations, prepare patients, start IVs for contrast, and collaborate with radiologists to deliver high-quality imaging while maintaining ALARA principles. The role includes on-call rotations and active participation in quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• ARRT-CT certification in Computed Tomography is required.
• ARRT-R certification in Radiography is required.
• Associate degree is required.
• One year of post-graduate experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT exams following protocols and in a timely manner, ensuring high quality patient care.
• Take patient history and retrieve necessary orders or prior images.
• Provide patient history, signs, and symptoms to radiologist as appropriate.
• Complete documentation accurately.
• Coordinate patient flow and ensure all exams are completed daily.
