Job summary

Clearwater Living at Clearwater Mayo Blvd in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a part-time Concierge for weekends. The role centers on greeting visitors, answering calls, relaying messages, and delivering exemplary customer service while supporting administrative tasks across departments.

The position requires strong hospitality experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a focus on maintaining a welcoming, professional environment during weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays 3:00pm-11:00pm).

Qualifications

• Ability to greet visitors and handle inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors at front entrance, lobby, and reception areas.
• Answer, transfer, and deliver messages with a courteous voice.
• Monitor visitors and log in/out in the logbook, report suspicious activity.
• Sort and distribute mail; assist residents and staff as needed.
• Support multiple departments with administrative tasks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adhere to company policies.
