Discovery Senior Living is seeking a weekend Activities Assistant who can also serve as a Concierge at our Fort Worth communities. You will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and guests, ensuring a welcoming, efficient front desk.

This role supports resident services and daily operations, with a focus on hospitality and organization. The position emphasizes a friendly, professional demeanor, strong multitasking, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service, reception, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform telephone answering and reception duties professionally.
• Greet residents, families, and visitors; respond to inquiries and provide directions.
• Support resident services and maintain a warm, organized front-desk environment.
• Coordinate appointments and manage mail, sign-ins, and logs.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies.
