Job summary

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Concierge to join a growing team in Washington, DC. This is a full-time, contract role offering weekend shifts and a pay of $18.40 per hour. The Concierge will manage front desk tasks, guest access, and coordination with vendors, while handling phones, calendars, and basic data entry.

Experience in concierge, front desk or admin roles is required; proficiency with Yardi, Entrata, AppFolio or similar software is essential. Equal opportunity employer.

• Experience at front desk or admin roles is required.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi, Entrata or AppFolio.
• Strong Microsoft Office and calendar management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle front desk operations including checking packages, mail, and guest access.
• Check-in and check-out guests and residents.
• Open work orders and maintenance requests as needed.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars.
• Monitor security systems (CCTV and access systems).
• Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and file management.
• Report incidents and respond to emergencies.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
