Job summary

HireOne Staffing in Rockville, MD is seeking a Concierge to join a growing team on a part-time, temporary basis. The role covers weekend nights, providing front desk coverage, guest and resident check-ins, and coordinating maintenance tasks while ensuring security and service standards.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of patrolling experience, familiarity with property management software (Yardi, Entrata, AppFolio), and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Handle front desk operations, including checking packages, mail, and guest access
• Check-in and check-out guests and residents
• Open work orders and maintenance requests as needed
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars
• Monitor security systems (CCTV and access systems)
• Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and file management
• Report incidents and respond to emergencies
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors
