Job summary

tastytrade in Chicago, IL is seeking a Concierge Agent for weekend and overnight coverage. You’ll be the friendly, steady presence customers rely on during nights and weekends, with sponsorship for FINRA licenses on onboarding. Initially on-site, with hybrid/remote options based on performance and experience.

You’ll manage customer support, account updates, and platform navigation across desktop, web, and mobile, while learning licensing processes and collaborating with senior staff.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years customer service experience (financial services a plus).
• Willing to commit to Wed–Sat or Thu–Sun weekend/overnight schedule for 2+ years.
• Genuine interest in markets, trading, and derivatives.
• Strong communicator—clear, patient, and empathetic across channels.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Slack, Teams, Microsoft Office, and Atlassian tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact via phone, chat, and email during weekend/overnight hours.
• Assist with account management and platform navigation across desktop, web, and mobile.
• Educate customers on platform features and order types (no trading advice).
• Document all interactions in Salesforce.
• Handle funding/operations: ACH/wire, withdrawals, ACATs, and crypto transactions.
