Job summary

tastytrade in Chicago seeks a Concierge Agent for weekend and overnight coverage. This on-site role offers sponsorship for FINRA SIE, Series 7, 63, and 3 and a path toward licensed trading credentials.

You will support customers across phone, chat, and email, assist with accounts, educate on platform features, and document all interactions in Salesforce. As experience grows, you’ll handle advanced risk questions, trades, and discrepancies, escalate when needed, and join a team focused on service

Qualifications

• 1–3 years customer service experience (financial services a plus)
• Willing to commit to Wed–Sat or Thu–Sun weekend/overnight schedule for 2+ years
• Genuine interest in markets, trading, and derivatives
• Strong communicator with calm, empathetic channel handling

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact via phone, chat, and email during weekend/overnight hours
• Assist with account management and platform navigation across desktop, web, and mobile
• Educate customers on platform features and order types
• Document all interactions in Salesforce
• Support ACH/wire transfers, withdrawals, ACATs, and crypto transactions; resolve delays
• Handle overnight withdrawal requests and margin-deficit escalations
• Assist with inquiries on futures, futures options, 24-hour stocks, event contracts, and GTH index options
• Handle order entry, trade status, and position questions; escalate disputes
• Once licensed: resolve trade disputes and advise on risk exposure, margin, and position adjustments
• Flag unusual account activity and escalate risks; discuss hedging/positions with customers
• Triage urgent issues, produce shift handoff reports, and document incidents
• Complete sponsored FINRA licensing within 3–4 months
• Shadow licensed reps and participate in training
