Job summary

Bozzuto in Los Angeles is seeking a Resident Concierge to greet residents and prospects Saturdays and Sundays from 10 AM to 7 PM. You’ll create stellar first impressions, build relationships, and personalize every interaction, including knowing customers’ names and preferences.

You’ll solve resident issues, plan events, foster community, promote positive reviews, and keep front desk logs, package rooms and club room bookings organized. Lift up to 25 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in hospitality, retail, travel or hotel.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• A sharp professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Competent with various software, apps and computer programs.
• Eye for detail and anticipating customer needs.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Solving problems and providing timely assistance to residents and prospects with care.
• Event planning - executing meaningful events and activities that engage residents and foster a sense of community.
• Building brand loyalty by ensuring a consistently positive experience and a meticulously cared for community.
• Generating awareness, interest and excitement via social media.
• Encouraging happy customers to share the love by writing reviews on social networking sites.
• Obsessively organizing front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations and freight elevators.
• Working weekends or evenings depending on the shift.
