Job summary

The Claiborne at Johns Creek, part of Claiborne Senior Living, is seeking a Concierge to welcome residents, families, guests, and teammates with warmth and professionalism at the front desk.

You will handle calls, coordinate transportation, assist with events, and stay informed about community services and policies while supporting leadership with administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare, hospitality, or senior living preferred)

• Professional presence and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
