Responsibilities

• Communicate expectations to residents.
• Monitor community activities and report to Property Manager.
• Respond to emergencies and determine appropriate actions.
• Lock security gates and entry points as required.
• Perform nightly inspections of exterior doors and lighting.
• Prepare incident reports for the Property Manager.
• Screen out unwanted guests and maintain security.
• Nightly trash pickup and upkeep of common areas.
• Assist in setting up resident events.
• No weapons allowed; enforce safety policy.
