Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking caregivers to support individuals with developmental disabilities. You’ll earn $21.00 per hour and work an every-other-Saturday/Sunday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM schedule.

Applicants must have a driver’s license for at least one year and a clean MV registration per Sevita policy. Competitive benefits and a mission-driven team await.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Help participants participate in the community and their favorite activities.
• Support participants with goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop real relationships and show ownership and trust from leaders.
