Job summary

rms Company, part of the Cretex Medical family, seeks a CNC Machinist to operate milling and lathe CNC machines for medical components. You will perform quality inspections and preventative maintenance to maintain tight tolerances in a clean, safety-focused environment.

The 4th shift (Fri-Sun, 5am-5pm) offers a $1,000–$5,000 sign-on bonus based on experience. Come join a growing team with onsite clinics, competitive benefits, and ongoing development opportunities within Cretex Medical.

Qualifications

• Operator experience with milling or lathe CNC machines.
• Strong math background, preferably in machine math/shop math.
• Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience using a microscope.
• Ability to read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometer.

Responsibilities

• Operate milling & lathe CNC machines.
• Perform quality inspection on completed parts.
• Perform preventative maintenance on milling & lathe CNC machines to ensure consistent machine performance.
• Complete tool changes.
