The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and ability to support tooling, fixturing, and miscellaneous duties as needed. Weekend 1st shift is required, with an hourly compensation structure.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Experience with CNC machining and reading blueprints preferred.
• Knowledge of GD&T and quality standards (ISO).
• Willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up simple jobs and operate CNC/conventional machines.
• Review blueprints and specs to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Select and secure tools, fixtures, and materials for machining.
• Verify dimensions using precise measuring instruments.
• Assist with maintenance and safety procedures.
• Support tooling fixturing and non-recurring tasks as needed.
