Job summary

FOX Factory Holding Corp. is seeking a CNC Machine Operator II for the weekend day shift (Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM) in Gainesville, GA. The role involves loading, unloading, inspecting parts, and maintaining tight tolerances throughout the machining process.

You will perform deburring and cleaning at the machine, operate minimum of 1 bar feed lathe or a mill with secondary operations, and ensure a low scrap rate while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent.
• Strong basic math and measurement skills.
• Familiarity with calipers/micrometers and basic inspection.
• Experience in CNC/machining environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and inspect parts during machining.
• Maintain dimensional tolerances of ±0.0003–0.005 in.
• Perform deburring, polishing, and cleaning at the machine.
• Operate CNC machines with supervision and ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Maintain part counts and follow inspection procedures.
• Report machining issues to supervisor or lead.
