Qualifications

• Entry level position with emphasis on learning the trade.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn required.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and safety are essential.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must follow procedures and directions with minimal instruction.
• Team player who can work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and lathes.
• Maintain part quality through measured dimensions.
• Keep work area and machines clean and organized.
• Change out worn/damaged tools to maintain quality.
• Record production numbers in Work Orders accurately.
• Inspect outputs for defects and document or discard as needed.
• Identify tool or machine maintenance needs and perform minor repairs.
• Maintain a safe and clean workstation.
• Contribute to team tasks as required.
