Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is seeking a Weekend CNC/Automation Technician to join the El Paso, TX team. The role focuses on installing, maintaining and improving automation equipment, including high-speed systems and CNC Brother machines in the assembly area.

This position operates Fri-Sun, 6:00am-6:45pm with 40 hours paid for a 36-hour workweek; you will support equipment commissioning, startup validation and cross-functional collaboration to meet production and quality goals.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
Minimum 2 years of experience with automation equipment or relevant technical experience.
No relocation benefit; candidates within 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in commissioning new equipment and startup validation.
Troubleshoot complex control systems to resolve software and hardware problems.
Maintain maintenance logs and equipment documentation.
Operate and troubleshoot CNCs, ensuring precision in machining processes.
Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to optimize machining operations.
