Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English.
• No immigration sponsorship for this position.
• Geographic limitation: within 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX.

Responsibilities

• Promote zero incident EHS culture site-wide.
• Assist with MESH implementation and use MESH tools.
• Support EHS data analysis, reporting, and training.
• Track leading and lagging indicators to measure EHS performance.
• Engage with EHS teams and committees to meet targets.
• Mentor for MESH MOC process and evaluation of pollutant measurement setups.
• Evaluate jobs for ergonomic improvements.
• Investigate accidents/near misses and lead 8D investigations.
• Coordinate Occupational Safety and Health trainings.
• Analyze MESH data for safety database and corrective actions.
• Assist with ZWaD certification and water-reduction programs.
• Participate in emergency response planning/drills and provide first aid.
